Garanti Kompozit has fully automatic layout preparation, automatic fabric spreading and cutting machines. Almost 10,000m woven fabric or 1500kg knit fabric are cut everyday on 20m and 30m long two vacuumed cutting tables and automatic cutting system.

Almost 80-100 thousand pieces of woven clothing or 80,000 pieces of knitted clothing are sown every month with the help of the computerized sewing machines. In the production line, we have around 900 machine units with the following features and functions.

When raw materials are delivered to our company, their compliance with the purchase order specifications are checked at our quality control laboratory. Only approved raw materials are used in the production process. Samples are taken during the production process to conduct further quality controls. Finally, the products go through one-on-one quality controls before being prepared for shipment.

Garanti Kompozit produces abrassion resistant and durable webbing in different patterns and combinations using various weaving techniques with threads in different materials, deniers and colors. The company covers the webbing needs of its customers to be used in textile, composite, automotive and aerospace sectors, particularly for functional outerwear and ballistic protective products.
